Result AN ORDINANCE AMENDING Section 51-12-2 of the Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1965, relating to rezoning and fixing the boundaries of Use Districts. Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah: SECTION 1. That the "use district map" as adopted by Section 51-12-2, Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1965, relating to fixing the boundaries of Use Districts, be, aid the same hereby is, amended as follows: "The following described real property in Business "B-3" and Residential "R-2" districts, as shown on the Use District Map, is hereby zoned as Commercial "C-3A" District, and the Use District Map is amended and changed accordingly: Commencing at the southeast corner of 21st South and Redwood Road; thence east along the south line of 21st South Street 3,418 feet, more or less, to the west bank of the Jordan River; thence south- easterly along the river bank to a point 65 feet south of the south line of 21st South Street, said point being on the City limit line; thence west 3,418 feet, more or less, along the City limit line to the east line of Redwood Road; thence north 65 feet to the point of beginning."
