AN ORDINANCE .
An ordinance creating Paving District No. 31.
Be it ordained by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah:
SECTION 1. That the following Paving District is hereby treat-
ed and established in Salt Lake City, to-wit: Paving District No.
31 shall be and conbiet-of all public streets and alleys,included in
the following desceibe4 tract, to-wit:
Commencing at the southwest corner of Third East and Ninth
South Streets, and manning south to the south side of Eleventh South
Street, thence east to the west side of Ninth East Street, thence i
south to the city limits, thence, east to the eat side of+•Thirteenth
East Street, thence north to the south side of Ninth South Street,
• and thence west to the point of beginning.
•
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon approval.
