Result AN ORDINANCE
An ordinance repealing an ordinance passed by the Board of
Commissioners of Salt Lake City, December 9, 1913, re.uiring the
Oregon Short Line Railroad Company to construct a viaduct on Third
North Street in Salt Lake City across its railroad tracks where they
cross Third North Street at the intersection of Phird North and D'ourth
West Streets.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Sc.lt Lake
City, Utah:
SECTION 1. That an ordinance passed by the Board of Commis-
sioners of Salt Lake City December 9, 1913, reduirint the Oregon
Short line Railroad Company to construct a viaduct on Third ;orth
Street in Salt Lake City, Utah, across the railroad tracks of said
company as said tracks are now laid and maintained where toe same
cross 'Third North Street at the intersection of third forth Street
with. _i'ourth West Street, and immediately east of said intersection
in said 'Third forth Street be, and the same is hereby repealed.
