AN ORDIINANCE LEVYING .; T.X and for the assessment of
property on Gilmer Drive between Twelfth and Fourteenth East
Streets, Twelfth East Street between Ninth South Street and
Gilmer Drive, Thornton Avenue between Gilmer Drive and fourteenth
East Street, and Douglas Street between Gilmer Drive and Yale
Avenue, in Paving Districts Nos. 31 and 32, (Paving Extension
No. 162) for the purpose of providing for the grading, curbing
and guttering with concrete, constructing drainage system to
carry water across and along streets and intersections, con-
structing sub-drainage y ten., storm sower, _1rive=.ays, install-
ing water services and paving with bituminous concrete.

Lake City, Utah:
SECTION I. That the 3o3rh of Comrsissioneri of Salt
Belie City does hereby levy the tax and _rovide for the assessment
of the same upon the property hereinafter described in Paving
Districts Nos. 31 and '32 (Paving Extension No. 162) , for the
purpose of providing for the grading, curbi-gg :,:td guttering with

SECTION II. Said tax eleell sec cue end be delinquent
in ten equal yearly installments, eitli interest on the whole

ordinance becomes effective; one-tenth thereof in -ive years

thereof in seven years after acid ordinance becomes effective;
one-tenth thereof in eight years after said ordinance becanes
effective; one-tenth thereof in nine years after said ordinance
becomes effective; and one-tenth thereof in ten years after
i said ordinance becomes effective. One or more of said install-
merits, in the order in which they are payable, or the whole
I' special tax, may be paid at any tiiie within thirty days after
the ordinance confirming the levy of the tax becomes effective,
, without interest. In the event of any installment or the

and shall draw interest at the rate of eight per cent per annum

ment becomes due, by paying the amount thereof and interest
to said date.
SECTIOP III. This ordinance shall take effect one day
