• An ordinance confirming the assessment upon the property
hereinafter described in the district bounded on the north by
Eleventh South Street, on the east by Fifteenth East Street, on
the south by Twelfth South Street, and on the west by Third East
Street; also on the east side of Fifth East Street between Bryan
Avenue and Eleventh South Street, in Sidewalk Districts Nos. 29
and 44, for the construction of cement sidewalks.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt
Lake City, Utah:
SECTION 1. That the assessment list made by the City
Treasurer as corrected, approved and completed by the Board of
Commissioners of Salt Lake City, sitting as a board of equalizatioli
and review, of the property in Lot 14, Block 4, Five Acre Plat
"A", Big Field Survey, abutting on the west side of Fifth East
Street between Eleventh South and Twelfth South Streets, in
sidewalk district Nos. 29 and 44, for the construction of cement
sidewalks, upon said portions of said streets, is hereby confirm-
ed, and the assessments made and returned in said completed lists
are hereby confirmed.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect one day
after its first publication.
