' - - Result AN ORDINANCE An ordinance amending Section 921 of Chapter 39, Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City, 1913, relating to pawn br©kers. Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake , City, Utah: SECTION 1. That Section 921 of Chapter 39, Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City, 1913, be, and the same is,hereby amended to rad as follows: DEFINED. Sec. 921. PAWN BROKERS , A pawn broker is defined to be any person who loans money on deposit of personal property, or deals in the purchase or possession of -tersonal property on condition of selling the same back again to the pledpor or deposit,- or, or who loans or advances money on personal property by taking chattel mortgage security thereon and takes or receives such per.- ' sonal property into his possession, and who eAlie `'re unredeemed pledges together w ",h such new merchandise os will facilitate the sale of same.
