Green Neslen Scheid Mr. Chairman Result AN ORDIN CE an Ordinance amending Chapter 60, Revised Ordi- nances of Salt Lake City of 1913, relating to vehicles, by adding in and to said chapter a new section to be known as Section 1305x1. Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah: SECTION 1. That Chapter 6�vvi-sed Ordinances of Salt Lake City of 1913, relating tow vehicles, be and the same is hereby amended so as to read as follows: SECTION 1305x1. It shall be unlawful for any express wagon, auto truck or delivery vehicle to stand or park upon any street in the conge3ted dis- trict of this city, except only when loading or un- loading. There shall be a public express stand upon the south side of Fourth South Street between State Street and Second East Streets, to be maintained under the control and direction of the Chief of Police, at which place all express wagons, auto trucks may stand and await calls. A charge shall be made for the privilege of using such stand which -1- I: III charge shall be sufficient only to pay the actual expense of maintaining such stand. All such fees received by the Chief of Police shall be covered by 'him into the City Treasury, and the expense of operating said stand shall be paid in the same manner as other city expenses. SECTION 2. Any person violating any of the provi- sions of this ordinance shall upon conviction be punished as provided in Section 1326, Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City ! of 1913. SECTION 3.
