Inasmuch as the ordinance contained a 30 day implementation date rather than being.effectivoJuly 1, :1379, the City Commission rescinded its action of August 2, 1979,. approving the ordinance. The Board of City Commissioners, at its meeting today, passed a new ordinance- DILL NO. 115 of 1979, reorganizing the Engineering Department. This ordinance will be published in the Deseret News August 15, 1979, and shall take affect upon its publication and shall be retroactive in effect to July 1, 1979.
