Be it ordained by the'City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah: SECTION 1. That Section 25-4-3 of the Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1965, and the "Wage and Salary Administration Program for Salt Lake City Corporation Employees," adopted by Bill No. 183 of 1978, amending Section 25-4-2 of the Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1965, relating to position titles and classifications and salary ranges, be, and the same hereby is, amended as follows: ADD the position of Court Support Services Division Manager, level 003 of the Executive Salary Schedule. ADD the position of Court Services Supervisor, Pay Class 320, under the title covering Professional and Paraprofessional. ADD the position of Misdemeanor/Felony Supervisor, Pay Class 318 under the title covering Professional and Paraprofessional. ADD the position of Civil/Small Claims Supervisor, Pay Class 318 under the title covering Professional and Paraprofessional. ADD the position of Courts Accountant, Pay Class 311 under the title covering Professional and Paraprofessional. ADD the position of Update Coordinator, Pay Class 308 under the title covering Professional and Paraprofessional. ADD the position of Court Clerk I, Pay Class 211 under the title covering Clerical and Technical. ADD the position of Court Clerk II, Pay Class 214 under the title covering Clerical and Technical. ADD the position of Court Clerk III, Pay Class 216 under the title covering Clerical and Technical. 116 ADD the position of Courts Cashier, Pay Class 214 under the title covering Clerical and Technical. DELETE the position of Director, Civil/Criminal Division, Level 006 of the Executive Salary Schedule. DELETE the position of Director, Traffic Violations, Level 004 of the Executive Salary Schedule. DELETE the position of Assistant Director, Traffic Violations, Pay Class 315 under the title covering Professional and Paraprofessional. DELETE the position of Assistant Director,Civil/Criminal, Pay Class 315 under the title covering Professional and Paraprofessional. DELETE the position of Court Clerk, Pay Class 216 under the title covering Clerical and Technical. SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect 30 days after its first publication.
