ORDINANCE .
An ordinance confirming the assessment upon the., property on
both sides of State Street between South Temple and'Fourth South
Streets, in Sidewalk District No. 9, for the o'On'struction of cement
sidewalks.
Be it ordained by the City Counci'l,of Salt Laks. City, Utah:
"SECTION 1. That the assessment list made by the City Tretsurer
as corrected, approved and completed by the Boar ofEqualizition
and Review, heretofore duly appointed by the City Council for. that
purpose, of the property abutting on both sides of State $tree,l
between South Temple and Fourth South Streets, in Sidewalk District
No. 9; of Salt Lake City, for the purpose of constructing cement
` sidewalks upon said portions of said street, is hereby confirmed,
j and the assessments made and returned ir4said completed lists are
hereby confirmed.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon approval.
Sidewalk Extension No. 112.
Passed by the City Council of Salt Lake City,Utah, August 13th,
1906, and referred to the Mayor for s a proval.
