AN ORDINANCE

AN ORDINANCE VACATING Loxwood Avenue between Gladiola and Floradale
Streets.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah:
SECTION 1. That Loxwood Avenue between Gladiola and Floradale Streets,
more particularly described as follows, be, and the same hereby is, vacated
and declared no longer to be public property for use as a street, avenue,
or pedestrian way:
Beginning at the southeast corner of Lot 1, Block 9,
Buena Vista Subdivision of Section 5, Township 1 South,
Range 1 West, Salt Lake Base & Meridian; thence South
to the northeast corner of Lot 17, Block 8, of said
subdivision; thence West 293.25 feet to the northwest
corner of Lot 18, said Block 8; thence North to the
Southwest corner of Lot 34, said Block 9; thence East
293.25 feet to the place of beginning. (Containing
0.471 acres more or less) .
Said vacation is made expressly subject to all existing rights of way
and easements of all public utilities of any and every description now lo-
cated in, on, under or over the confines of the above described property;
and also subject to the rights of entry thereon for the altering or rerouting
said utilities and all of them.
Passed by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah, this
18th day of October, 1966.
