AN ORDINANCE .
An ordinance confirming the assessment upon the property on
both sides of Sixth East Street from the south side of South Temple
Street to the north side of Third South. Street, in Paving District
NQ. ,26,. for the purpose of providing for the grading, guttering and
curbing, and paving thereof.
Be it ordained by the City Council..ot Salt Lake City, Utah:
SECTION 1. That the assessment lint made by the City Treasurer•
as corrected, approved and completed by, the Board of Equalization
and Review, heretofore duly appointed_ty the City Co,uncil for that
purpose, of the property abutting on both sides of Sixth East Street
from the south side of South Temple Street to the north side of
Third South Street, in Paving District'No. 26, of Salt take City,
for the purpose of grading, guttering and curbing, and paving said
portion of said street, is hereby confirmed, and the assessments
made and returned in said completed lists are hereby confirmed.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon approval.

• Passed by the City Connell of Salt Lake City, Utah, August 13th
1906, and referred to the Mayor for his approval.
