AN ORDINANCE AMENDING Section 51-12-2 of the Revised Ordinances
of Salt Lake City, Utah, relating to rezoning and fixing the boundaries
of Use Districts.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake
City, Utah:
SECTION 1: That Section 51-12-2 of the Revised Ordinances
of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1965, relating to rezoning and fixing the
boundaries of Use Districts, be, and the same hereby is, amended by
adding in and to said section, the following:
"The following-described real property in a
Commercial "C-1" District, as shown on the Use
District Map, is hereby zoned as Commercial "C-3A"
District and the Use District Map is amended and
changed accordingly:
"The west half of each of Lots 1, 6, 7 and 8,
and all of Lots 2, 3, 4 and 5 of Block 23, Plat "At'
Salt Lake City Survey;
Also, all of Block 14, Plat "A," Salt Lake
City Survey;
Also, the east half of Lots 2, 3, 4 and 5,
and all of Lots 1, 6, 7 and 8, Block 13, Plat "A,"
Salt Lake City Survey, being a portion of the area
bounded on the north by 6th South Street, on the `
south by 8th South Street, and on the east by West og .v
Temple Street, and on the west by 2nd West Street." `� �
