Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah: SECTION 1. That that portion of Penrose Drive between Military Way and Medical Drive, more particularly described as follows, be, and the same hereby is, vacated and declared no longer to be public property for use as a street, avenue, alley or pedestrian way: Beginning at a point which is 66.12 feet South and 194.96 feet West of Fort Douglas Boundary Monument No. 10, said point also being the Northwest corner of Lot 11, Block 20, Unrecorded Plat of Bonneville-On-The-Hill Subdivision, a subdivision of part of Section 33, W.1 N., R.1 E., Salt Lake Base & Meridian, said point also being a point of curvature of a 314.94 foot radius curve to the left whose tangent bears N. 0°01'43" E. and running thence Southeasterly along the arc of said curve 228.24 feet to a ijoint of tangency; thence S. 41° 29' 37" E. 174.73 feet to the Easterly line of said subdivision; thence Southeasterly along the Easterly line of Penrose Drive to the North line of Medical Drive; thence Southwesterly along said North line of Medical Drive to the Westerly line of Penrose Drive; thence Northwesterly along said Westerly line to the Easterly line of said subdivision; thence N. 41°29'37" W. 315.31 feet to a point of curvature of a 38.58 foot radius curve to the left; thence Westerly around the arc of said curve 66.62 feet to a point of reverse curvature whose tangent bears N. 50° 44' 08" E.; thence Northeasterly along the arc of a 322.94 foot radius curve to the left 221.15 feet to the point of beginning. Said vacation is made expressly subject to all existing rights of way and easements of all public utilities of any and every description now located on, in, under or over the confines of the above described property, and also subject to the rights of entry thereon for the purpose of maintaining, altering, repairing, replacing, removing or rerouting said utilities and all of them.
