Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah: SECTION 1. That the alley located at about 980 East Blaine Avenue and between Blaine and Wilson Avenues., east of 9th East Street, more particularly described as follows, be, and the same hereby is, vacated and declared no longer to be public property for use as a street, avenue, alley or pedestrian way: Beginning at the Southwest corner of Lot 18, Block 2, Perkins Second Addition, a subdivision of Block 1, 5 Acre Plat "A"„,and running thence East 459.60 feet to the South- east corner of Lot 1, said Block 2; thence North 136.00 feet to the Northeast corner of Lot 1, said Block 2; thence East 9.00 feet; thence South 288.000 feet; thence West 9.00 feet ' r_ to the Southeast corner of Lot 47, said Block 2; thence North 136.00 feet to the Northeast corner of Lot 47 said Block 2; thence West 459.60 feet to the Northwest corner of Lot 30, said Block 2; thence North 16.00 feet to the point of beginning. Said vacation is made expressly subject to all existing rights of way and easements of all public utilities located in, on or under the confines of the above described property, and also subject to the rights of entry thereon for the purpose of maintaining, repairing, replacing, removing, altering or rerouting said utilities and all of them.
