Result AN ORDINANCE
An ordinance confirming the assessment upon the property
hereinafter described on Fourth Avenue between Canyon Road and A
Street, in Paving District No. 30, for the purpose of providing
for the grading, guttering and curbing, constructing drainage
system, constructing cement stairs in oenter of said street, and
constructing Dement sidewalks.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake
City, Utah:
SECTION 1. That the assessment list made by the City Treasurer,
as oorreoted, approved and completed by the Board of Commissioners
of Salt Lake City, sitting as a board of equalization and review,
of the property in Lots 3 and 4, Block 43; 1 and 2, Block 70, Plat
"D"; 9 and 10, Block 4, Plat "I", all in Salt Lake City Survey; and
in Section 31, Township 1 north, Range 1 east, Salt Lake Base and
Meridian, abutting on both sides of Fourth Avenue between Canyon
Road and A Street, in Paving District No. 30, of Salt Lake City,
for the purpose of providing for the grading, guttering and curbing,
constructing drainage system, constructing cement stairs in center
of said street, and constructing cement sidewalks upon said portions
of said street, is hereby confirmed, and the assessments made and
returned in said completed lists are hereby confirmed.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect 'pm* one
day after its first publication.
