An ordinance amending Section 1007 of Chapter 45, Re-
vised Ordinances of Salt Lake City of 1913.
Be it ordained by the Board/of Commissioners of Salt
Lake City, Utah:
SEC'TIOII I. That Section 1007 of Chapter 45, Revised
Ordinances of Salt Lake City of 1913, be, and the same is hereby
amended so as to read as follows:
SECTION 1007. It shall he unlawful for the
owner, keeper, manager, licensee of, or employee in, any
public billiard hall or pool hall in Salt Lake City, to per-
mit or allow any parson under the age of twenty-one years to
visit, frequent or remain in such billiard or pool hall. It
shall be unlawful for any person under the age of twenty-one
years to visit, frequent or remain in any billiard or pool
hall in Salt Lake City.
SECTION II. In the opinion of the Board of Commission-
ers, it is necessary to the peace, health, safety and morals of
the city that this ordinance become effective immediately.
SECTION III. This ordinance shall take effect n %
its first publication.
