Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah. SECTION 1. That the alleys between Zenith and Hudson Avenues and High- land Drive and 14th East, more particularly described as follows: H,-1 ai Beginning at the Northeast corner of Lot 27, Block 2 of Clermont Subdivision, being a part of Section 28, T1S, R1E sic:: SLB&M; thence East 12 ft. to the Northwest corner of Lot 28, o r: said Block 2; thence South 250.4 ft. to the Southwest corner of cIw w Lot 37, said Block 2; thence West 12 ft. to the Southeast raw - corner of Lot 38, said Block 2; thence North 114 ft.; thence Hr=.n Northwesterly 7.4 ft. to a point 20 ft.
