AN ORDINANCE AMENDING Section 51-5-7 of the Revised Ordinances
of Salt Lake City, Utah, relating to Zoning, front yard exceptions,
by adding thereto a new subparagraph (5).
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City,
Utah:
SECTION 1. That Section 51-5-7 of the Revised Ordinances of
1965,
Salt Lake City, Utah,/relating to zoning, front yard exceptions, be,
and the same hereby is, amended by adding thereto a new paragraph
(5) to read as follows:
"(5) Passenger automobiles may be parked on driveways
serving private residences, provided the automobile is
parked completely on private property."
SECTION 2. In the opinion of the Board of Commissioners it is
necessary to the peace, health and welfare of the inhabitants of
Salt Lake City that this ordinance become effective immediately.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its first
publication.
Passed by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah,
this 15th day of March, 1967.
