AN ORDINANCE AMENDING the "Wage and Salary Administration Program
for Salt Lake City Corporation Employees", as adopted by Bill No. 66
of 1975, amending Section 25-4-5 .6f the Revised Ordinances of Salt
Lake City, Utah.
Be it ordained by the Board o'f Commissioners of Salt Lake City,
Utah:
SECTION 1. That the "Wage and Salary Administration Program for
Salt Lake City Corporation Employees," as adopted by Bill No. 66 of
1975, amending Section 25-4-5 of the Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake
City, Utah, 1965, be, and the same hereby is amended by adding thereto
the non-civil service position of Finance Office Manager, Pay Class
18, under the title covering Managerial and Professional employees.
SECTION 2. In the opinion of the Board of Commissioners it is
necessary to the peace, health and welfare of the inhabitants of
Salt Lake City that this ordinance become effective immediately.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its first pub-
lication.
Passed by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah,
this 29th day of January , 1976.
