Be it ordained by the City Council of Salt Luke City', Utah:
SCTICR 1. That the asseesment list made by the : it Treasurer
as corrected, approved and completed by the Board of E4ualleation andl
Review, heretofore duly ap„-)ointed by the City Councilj7e:e thet pur-
pose, of the property in Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8, Block 47; 2,
3, 6 and 7, Block 62, Plat "A", Solt Deka City Survee, a7,ettLiJe.; on
both sides of Third. South Street between Third. West ard Rio Trends
Strecits, and on both sides of Rio Grande Street bet-ieen Second South
and. Fourth South Streets, in ravine; District ro. 20, of Salt Lke City,
for the purpose of providince for the eTadine., :,-,Itteriee end curbinO,
and eavinff of said portions of said street , is hereby corfirmed, and
the assessments made and returned in said completed lists ere hereby
confirmed.
