Result
An ordinance confirming the assessment upon the property
hereinafter described on seventh East Street between Third and Fifth
South Streets, in paving district No. 27, for the purpose of providing
for the grading, guttering and curbing, and paving thereof.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake
City, Utah:
SECTION 1. That the assessment list made by the City Treasurer,
as corrected, approved and completed by the Board of Commissioners or
Salt Lake City, sitting as a board of equalization and review,- of the
property in, Lots 4 and 5, Block 31; 1 and 6 to 8, inclusive, Block 32;
1 and 8, Block 39; 2, 3, 4 and 5, Block 40, Plat "B", Salt Lake City
Survey, abutting on both sides Of Seventh East Street between Third
and fifth South Streets, in paving district No. 27, for the purpose
of providing for the grading, guttering and curbing, and paving there-
of, is hereby confirmed, and the assessments made and returned in
said completed lists are hereby confirmed.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect one da.T after
its first publication.
