Green Mr. Chairman -----Result AN ORDINANCE AN ORDINANCE LEVYING A TD.X for the assessment of property on both sides of Kensington Avenue Frey Tenth .st street to a point three hundred sixty-six and 5/10 (366.5) feet east on the north side and three hundred sixty-two and 69/100 (362.69) feet east on the south side of said Kensington Avenue in Sidewalk District No. 31 (Sidewalk ibctension No. 205) for construction of concrete sidewalk. BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah: SECTION I. That the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah, does hereby levy the tax and _provide for the assessment of the sane upon the property hereinafter described in Sidewalk District No. 31 (Sidewalk ixtension No. 205) for the construction of c mcrete sidewalks, to-wit: In Lot 18 of Block 16, 5 Acre flat A, Big field Survey, abutting on both sides of Kensington Avenue from Tenth Gast street to a point three hundred sixty-six and 5/10 (366.5) feet east on the north side and three hundred sixty-two and 69/100 (362.69) feet east on the south side of ; id Kensington Avenue.
