AN ORDINANCE
Result
AN ORDINANCE REPEALING Sections 20-10-14 through 20-10-17 of
of the Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1965, relating to
Salary Loan Agencies.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissionms of Salt Lake City,
Utah:
SECTION 1. That Sections 20-10-14 , 20-14-15, 20-10-16 and
20-10-17 of the Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, relating
to salary loan agencies, be, and the same hereby are, REPEALED.
SECTION 2. In the opinion of the Board of Commissioners of
Salt Lake City it is necessary to the peace, health and welfare of
the inhabitants of said city that this ordinance become effective
immediately.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its first
publication.
Passed by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah,
