An ordinance confirming the assessment upon the property here-,
inafter described on the north side of Michigan Avenue between
Eleventh East and Twelfth East Streets, and on the easAside of
Twelfth East Street between Yale and Michigan Avenues, in Sidewalk
District No. 40, for the construction of cement sidewalks.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake
City, Utah:
SECTION 1. That the assessment list made by the City Treasurer
ae corrected, approved and completed by the Board of Commissioners of
Salt Lake City, sitting as a board of equalization and review, of
the property in Lots 7, 9, and 14 to 16, inclusive, Block 17-A, Five
Acre Plat ttA", Big Field Survey, abutting on the north side of
Michigan Avenue between Eleventh East and Twelfth East Streets, and
on the east side of Twelfth East Street between Yale and Michigan
Avenues, in Sidewalk District No. 40, of Salt Lake City, for the
purpose of constructing cement sidewalks upon said portions of said
Streets, is hereby confirmed, and the assessments made and returned
in said completed lists are hereby confirmed.
