Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah: SECTION 1. That Subsection (3) of Section 19-3-6 and Subsection (3) of 19-4-11, Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1965, relating to intoxicating liquors, be, and the same hereby are, amended as follows: Sec. 19-3-6. Minimum light. and open view required in licensed premises. * * * * * * (3) There shall be clear and unobstructed access to all portions of the interior where patrons are permitted or served. Section 19-4-11.
