An ordinance confirming the assessment upon the property here-
inafter described on all streets within the district bounded on the
north by Fourth North Street, on the east by West Capitol Street,
on the south by First North Street, and on the west by First West
Street, in Sewer District No. 1, for the construction of sewers.
Be it ordained by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah:
SECTION 1. That the assessment list made by the City Treasurer
as corrected, approved and completed by the Board of Equalization
and Review, heretofore duly appointed by the City Council for that
purpose, of the property in Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4, Block 8; 1, and 4
to 11, inclusive, Block 5; 1 to 12, inclusive, Block 7; 1, 3, 4, 5
and 6, Block 4; 1, 2 and 3, Block 16; 1, 5, 6 and 7, Block 14; 3,
4, 5, 6 and 7, Block 13; 1, 3, 4, 6, 7 and 8, Block 6; 1, 7 and 8,
Block 22; 2 and 3, Block 21, all in Plat "E", Salt Lake City Survey,
abutting on the west side of Main Street between First North and
Second North Streets; on both sides of Vine Street between First
North and Second North Streets; on both sides of Apricot Avenue
between Center and Quince Streets; on both sides of Almond Street
between First North Street and Apricot Avenue; on both sides of
Center Street between First North and Second North Streets; and on
both sides of Quince Street between Third North and Fourth North
Streets, in Sewer District No. 1, of Sa'.t Lake City, for the purpose
of constructing sewers upon said portions of said streets, is hereby
oonfirmod, and the assessments made and returned in said completed
lists are hereby confirmed.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon approval.
