AN ORDINANCE AN ORDINANCE VACATING a portion of a public utilities easement between Lots 3 and 4, Oak Springs Subdivision. Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah: SECTION 1. That the following described public utility easement between Lots 3 and 4, Oaks Springs Subdivision, be, and the same hereby is, vacated and declared no longer to be public property for use as a utility easement. Beginning at the Southwest corner of Lot 4, Oak Springs Subdivision, a subdivision of part of the West half of Section 14, T1S, R1E, Salt Lake Base and Meridian, said point being on the arc of a 239.79 foot radius curve and running thence Northwesterly along the arc of said curve to the left 5.0 feet to a point whose tangent bears N. 29°39'16" W.; thence N. 61 32'25" E. 68.22 feet; thence S. 11 t 13°08'58" E. 7.78 feet; thence East 5.23 feet; thence S. 61°32'25" W. 72.13 feet to a point on the arc of the above said curve whose tangent bears N. 27°15'54" W.; thence Northwesterly along the arc of said curve to the left 5.0 feet to the point of beginning. Said vacation is made expressly subject to all existing rights of way and easements of all public utilities located in, on, under or over the confines of the above described property, and also subject to the rights of entry thereon for the purpose of maintaining, re- pairing, replacing, removing, altering or rerouting said utilities and all of them.
