An ordinance confirming the assessment upon the property on the
west side o1 Post Street botwcn Third South and Jifth South Streets
in Sidewalk District No. 21, for the construction of a cement side-
walk.
Bo it ordained- by°the City Council of Silt L.:ke City, U*eh:
SECTION 1. That the. assessment list made by the City Treasurer
as corrected, approved and completed by the Board of equalization
and R'eviow, heretofore duly ap^ointed by the City Council'.for that
pUrpose, of the property abutting on tho west side of Post Street
batTeen Third South end Fifth South Streets, in Sidewalk District
No'. 21, of Salt Lake City, for the purpose of constructing a cement
, sidewslk upon said portion of said street, is hereby confirmed, and
the assessments made and returned in said completed lists aro hereby
confirmed.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon approval.
