Result AN ORDINANCE
An ordinance confirming the assessment upon the property here-
inafter described on Thirteenth East Street between Fifth South and
Ninth South Streets, in Paving District No. 27, for the purpose of
providing for the grading and paving thereof.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake
City, Utah:
SECTION 1. That the assessment list made by the City Treasurer
as corrected, approved and completed by the Board of Commissioners
of Salt Lake City, sitting as a board of equalization and review, of
the property in Lots 4 and 5, Block 9; 1, 6, 7 and 8, Block 10; 1
and 8, Block 15; 2, 3, 4 and 5, Block 16; 6 and 9, Block 12; 6 and
9, Block 13, Fremont Heights Subdivision, Block 1; in Block 2; in
Lots 27 to 52, inclusive, Block 11, Arlington Heights Subdivision,
Block 7; 2 to 5, inclusive, Block 8, all in Plat "F", Salt Lake City
Survey, abutting on both sides of Thirteenth East Street between
Fifth South and Ninth South Streets, in Paving District No. 27, of
Salt Lake City, for the purpose of providing for the grading and
paving of said portion of said street, is hereby confirmed, and the
assessments made and returned in said completed lists are hereby
confirmed.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect one day after
its first publication.
