AN ORDINANCE .
An ordinance confirming the assessment upon the property on the
! east side of First West Street between Eighth South and Ninth South
Streets, On the west side of First West Street from Ninth South

-Be it ordained by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah:
SECTION 1. That the assessment list made by the City Treasurer
as corrected, approved and completed by the Board of Equalization
and Review, heretofore duly appointed by the City Council for that
purpose, of the property abutting on the east side of First West
Street between Eighth South and Ninth South Streets, on the west
side of First West Street from Ninth South Street to Mead Street, on
the east side of First West Street from Mead Street to Goltz Street,
on the north side of Mead Street from First West Street to West
Temple Street, and on the west side of West Temple Street from Mead
Street to Ninth South Street, in Sidewalk Districts Nos. 20 and 40,
of Salt Lake City, for the purpose of oonetructing cement sidewalks
upon said portions of said streets, is hereby esaftrued, and the
aaseerments made and returned in said completed lists are hereby
tenfirmed.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon approval.
