An ordinance amending Section 825 of Chapter 31 of the
Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, of 1913, relating to
the business district Within which a license to cell intoxicating
liquor may be effective.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt hake
City, Utah.
SECTION 1. That Section 825 of Chapter'31, Revised
ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, of 1913, be and the same is
hereby amended and re-enacted so as to read as follows;
SECTION 825. Business District. That the following
territory in Salt Lake City, Utah, be and the same is hereby
established as a business district within which license to sell
intoxicating liquor meg be effective, towit; Beginning at
Third ';est Street and the south side of North Temple Street;
thence east to the cast side of State Street; thence south to
First Avenue; thence east to twenty (TO) rods east of State
Street; thence south to First South Street; thence East to
Second East Street; thence south to twenty (20) rods south o
Fifth South Street; thence west to First Toot Street; thence
north to Fourth South Street; thence west to twenty (20) rods
west of Sixth Fest Street; thence north to the north side of
First South Street; thence east to Third Most Street; thence
north to place of beginning.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its first
publication.
Passed by the Board of Connissioners of Salt Lake City,
Utah, November 25th, 1913.
