An ordinance confirmen,^; the assessment upon the property on
the north side of First North Street from East Te,ple Street to a
point one hundred (100) feet east of State Street, in Sidewalk Dis-
trict No. 27, for the constructionof a sidewalk.
Be it ordained by tOe City Council of Salt Take City, Utah:
SECTION' 1.. That .the assessment list made by the City Treasur
et as corrected, aperoved,and completed by the Board of Equalization
and Review, heretofore duly appointed by tr,e City Council for that
peirpose, of the p,ropertV 'abutting on the north side of First North
'Street from Eastemple' 3treet to a point one hundred (100) feet
east of State Street fn;£idewalk District No. 27 of Salt Lake City,
for the purposeof constructing a sidewalk upon said portionof s,iid
street, is hereby confirmed, and the assessments made and returned
in slid completed lists are hereby confirmed.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon approval.
