An ordinance confirming the assessment upon the property
hereinafter described on Fourth South Street between C.Jcst Temple •
and Ido Grande Streets in Paving District No. 28, for the purpose of
grading, gut,ering and curbing with cement, constructing drainage
system across intersections, and paving. thereof.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake
' City, Utah:
SECTION 1. That the assessment list made by the City
Treasurer, as corrected, approved and completed by the Board of
Commissioners of Salt Lake city, sitting as a board of enualization
and review, of the property in Lots 5 end 6, Block 41; 5, 6, 7 end. 8,
Block 42; 5 and 6, Block 43, Flat "A", Salt Lake City Survey, on
Dearth South Street between Vest Temple and Third est Streets, in
Paving District No. 28 of Salt Lake City, for the purpose of grading,
guttering and curbing, constructing drainage system across inter-
sections, and paving said portion of said street, is hereby confirm-
ed, and the assessments made and returned in said completed lists are
hereby confirmed.
SECTI.ON 2. This ordinance shall take effect one day after
its first -publication.
