An ordin_nce amending Section 273 of the devised Ordinances of
Salt Lake City of 1903, relating to garbage and garbage distc;ots, as
amended b-; an ordinance passed by the City Council of Salt Lake City,
Utah, September 8, 1909, and approved by the idayor September 9, 1909;
and repealing Sections 275A sad 275B of said amended ordinance.
Be it ordained by the City Council of Salt abe City, Utah;
V.CTIOh 1. That .Section 273 or e Revised Ordinances o f " it
cf 19C3, relating to garlaf,e .ad g hn, a districts, fi rameri_
ed by an ordinance r ssed by- the City Connoid of Solt Lake City, 'Utah,
September 8, 1909, and approved by the idayor Ceytamber 9, 1909, be,
and the same is ' ereby ascended and re-enacted so s.:; to read as follow.:
3:CC'ICs1T 273. The Donn] of Healy is hereby empowered to
employ not exceeding nineteen men, each with a team and wagon, t•
remove garbage within Salt Lake City, each of whom shall receive
the sum of :r4.50 per day, in full for each and every day actuoll
employed in such work.

re-enacting; Goction 275 of said revised Ordinances, _massed by the Cit'

and the vahole of said sections are hereby repealed.
SECTIO0 3. All ordinances and resolutions, or parts of ardinnnc..s
and resolutions in conflict bore,ith are hereby reyealed to tiro extenu
of such conflict.
