AN ORDINANCE LEVYING A TAX and for the assessment of pro-
perty in Sewer District No. 2 (Sewer Xxtension No. 461) for the pur-
pose of constructing a sewer.

City, Utah:
SECTION I. That the Board of Commissioners of Galt Lake
City does hereby levy the tax and provide for the assessment of the
same upon the property hereinafter described in Sewer District No.
. 2 (Sewer .extension i,o. 461) for the purpose of constructing a sewer,
to-wit:
Lots 1 and 12 to 20 incl. of 61k. 1, Geneva Add.;
Lots 1 and 51 of 61ks. 1 and 2, Brooklyn uub.; Lots 4 to 19
incl. of 31k. 2 and Lots 1 to 23 incl. of i31k. 3, Joates
Corums South Gale Sub.; Lots 7 to 11 incl. and 13, 14 and 15
of lilk. 1, Lots 16 and. 1 to 14 incl. of ilk. 2, Lots 32 and
1 to 16 incl. of nih. 3, Lots 1 and 14 of 31k. 5, of Ontario
Sub.;Of Blk. 24, 5-Acre Plat "A", Jig :i'ield Survey abutting
on both sides of 3rd ;Jestatreet from 9th south Street to
]Mead F.venue; both sides of American and i:ead -avenues from 3rd

This tax. is levied to defray the expense of constructing
a vitrified pipe sewer eight; (u) inches and twelve 112) inches in
diameter, including manholes, flush tanks and ys t'or house connec-
tions, all complete, upon the portions of said streets ocposite
the property hereinbefore and. hereinafter described to be especial-
ly affected and benefited by said. improvement, and it; is hereby.
adjudged, determined and established. that said property ra.i1.1 be
especially benefited. thereby to the full amount of the tax hereby
levied and said parcels or land are hereby assessed at a nni errtr
rate in accordance with the linear :Coot frontage upon said por-
tions of said streets fronting ueon and to the entire death of
said. p,brcels of land back therefrom, and the tax hereby levied.
