Be it ordained by the Board of Commission4rs of Salt Lake City, Utah: SECTION 1. That Chapter LXXI, of the Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1934, as amended by ordinances passed by the Board of Commissioners on June 27, 1934, and July 18, 1934, and an ordinance known and designated as bill No. 42 passed by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah, on September 10, 1935, as amend- ed by an ordinance passed by the Board of Commissioners on December 17, 1935, as amended by an ordinance passed by the Board of Commis- sioners on May 28, 1936, relating to beer, be and the same are hereby repealed. SECTION 2. In the opinion of the Board of Commissioners it is necessary to the peace, health and safety of the inhabitants of Salt Lake City that this ordinance shall take effect immediately.
