AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 6301 of Chapter LXI of the
Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1944, relating to
Wasatch Springs Plunge.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake
City, Utah:
SECTION 1. That Section 6301, of Chapter LXI of the Re-
vised ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1944, relating to Wasatch
Springs Plunge, be and the same is hereby amended to read as fol-
lows:
"SEC. 6301. WASATCH SPRINGS PLUNGE. WARM SPRINGS. MUNI-
CIPAL BATHS. CUSTODIAN. The municipal warm Springs bathhouse
located at Second West and Seventh North Streets and operated
by the city is hereby officially designated as Wasatch Springs
Plunge, and shall be under the general supervision of the
commissioner of parks and public property." 13
t� SECTION 2. In the opinion of the Board of Commissioners,
it is necessary to the peace, health and safety of the inhabitants
of Salt Lake City that this ordinance shall take effect immediately.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take of ctat once upon
