Result AN ORDINANCE
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING Section 30-1-2 of the Revised
Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1965, relating to
salaries of cadets.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt
Lake City, Utah:
SECTION 1. That Section 30-1-2 of the Revised Ordi-
nances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1965, relating to salaries
of cadets be, and the same hereby is, amended to read as
follows:
"Sec. 30-1-2. Salaries of cadets. The salary
of a cadet shall be One Dollar and Seventy-five Cents
($1.75) per hour, not to exceed a nineteen hour work
week, plus a fifteen dollar ($15.00) per month uniform
allowance where a uniform is required."
SECTION 2. In the opinion of the Board of Commissioners
it is necessary to the peace, health and welfare of the in-
habitants of Salt Lake City that this ordinance become
effective immediately.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
first publication.
Passed by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City,
Utah, this 23rd day of February, 1972.
