SECTION 1. That the City Council does hereby levy ti,e tax and
provide for the assessoicit of the sage upon the property .1.o.reiinafter
doucribed in Lots 1, 6, 7 .?hd. 8, Block 115, Plat "A", Solt Lake City;
Survey, abutting on the west side of Second Toot Street bet:Toon

One-third thereof shall become delinquent in one month after

the approval- of this leer; one-third in two months after said aporD-
va.l, and one-third in three months after said approval. Each and
eve ry installment of said tax except i e first, shall draw interest
at the rate of seven per cent per annum from date of levy, and all
said installments ..J-all- bear interest at the rate of ten per cent
per annum from date of delinquency.
