AN ORDINANCE AMENDING Schedule 14-e, referred to in Section
145 of the Traffic Code of the Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City,
Utah, 1955, relating to Parking Prohibited at Certain Hours.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City,
Utah:
SECTION 1. That Schedule 14-e, referred to in Section 145
of the Traffic Code of the Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah,
1955, relating to parking prohibited at certain hours, be, and the same
hereby is, amended by deleting therefrom the following:
Highland Drive, west side, between 27th South and the
south City limit, 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.;
Highland Drive, east side, between the South City limit
and Edgehill Street, 7:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.
SECTION 2. In the opinion of the Board of Commissioners of
Salt Lake City, Utah, it is necessary to the peace, health and safety of
the inhabitants of Salt Lake City that this ordinance become effective
immediately.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its first
publication.
Passed by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah,
this 23rd day of November , 1960.
