An ordinance confirming the assessment upon the property
hereinafter described on Third Crest Street betwcer Third South and
Sixth. South Streets, in Paving District No. 28, for the purpose of
providing for the grading, guttering and curbing, establishing
drainage system under sour tracks back of curb and across intersections,
and paving thereof.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake
City, Utah:
SECTION 1. That the assessment list made by the City Treasur- I

er, as corrected, approved and completed by the Board of Commissioners
of Salt Lake City, sitting as a board of equalization and review, of
the property in Lots 4 and 5, Block 30; 2, 3, 4 and 5, Block 43; 4 and
5, Block 48, Plat "A", Salt Lake City Survey, abutting; on the east side
of Third .lest Street, betneen Third South and Sixth South Streets, in
laving District No. 28 of Salt Lake City, .for the purpose of providing
for the grading, guttering and curbing, establishing drainage system
under spur tracks back of curb and across intersections, and paving
said portion of said street, is hereby confirmed, and the assessments
made and returned in said completed li ats are hereby confirmed.
fECTIOD; 2. This ordinance shall take effect one day after
its first ,ublication.
