AN ORDINANCE REPEALING BILL NO. 123 of 1974,
published October 15, 1974, relating to taxicab rates.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of
Salt Lake City, Utah:
SECTION 1. That BILL NO. 123 of 1974, pub-
lished October 15, 1974, relating to taxicab rates,
be, and the same hereby is, REPEALED.
SECTION 2. In the opinion of the Board of
Commissioners of Salt Lake City, it is necessary to
the peace, health and welfare of the inhabitants of
said city that this ordinance become effective
immediately.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect
upon its first publication.
Passed by the Board of Commissioners of Salt
Lake City, Utah, this 23rd day of Octoq- , 1974.
