AN ORDINANCE REPEALING Section 30-1-19 of the Revised Ordinances
of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1965, relating to search and seizure of
intoxicants.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City,
Utah:
SECTION 1. -That Sectibns 30-1-19 relating to search and seizure
of intoxicants, be, an the same hereby is, REPEALED.
SECTION 2. In the opinion of the Board of Commissioners of Salt
Lake City, it is necessary to the peace, health and welfare of the
inhabitants of said City that this ordinance become effective
immediately.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its first
publication.
Passed by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah,
this 5th day of November, 1975.
