An. ordinance confirming the assessment upon the property
hereinafter described on Almond. Otreet between first North Otreet
and Second North. Street, in Paving District No. 30, for the purnooe
of providing for Oka grading and curbirD-;,siid constructing; sidewalk _
thereon.
Be it; ordained by the :Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake
City, Utah:
SECTION 1. That the assessment list made by tn.e City
Treasurer, as corrected, approved and completed by tee Board of Com-
missioners of Salt Lake City, sitting as a board. of eeualization and
review, of -the property in Lots 1 and 3 to 8, inclusive, Block 6,
Plat "E", Salt Lake City Curveyt on the west side of Almond Street
between first North and Second North e;treets, in Paving District No.
30 of Salt Lake City, for the purpose of providing for grading and
curbing, and constructing sidewalk on said portion of said street, is
hereby conirmed, and the assessment made and returned in said com-
pleted lists ore hereby confirmed.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall. take effect one day after its
first publication.
