AN ORDINANCE AMENDING Section 25-9-2 (a), Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, as amended by Bill No..52 of 1959, relating to BONDS OF APPOINTED OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES OF SALT LAKE CITY. Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah: SECTION 1 . That Section 25-9-2 (a) of the Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1955, as amended by Bill No. 52 of 1959, relating to bonds of appointed officers and employees of Salt Lake City, be, and the same hereby is, amended to read as follows: "Sec. 25-9-2. Bonds. (a) Each of the following appointed officers and employees shall execute a bond with good and suf- ficient sureties to be approved by the Board of Commissioners payable to the city in the penal sum as hereinafter specified conditioned for the faithful performance of the duties of his office or employment and the accounting for and the payment of all moneys received by him, according to law and ordinances of the city: (1)'Superintendent of Parks and Public Property $2,000.00 (2) 'Office Manager, Department of Parks and Public Property 2,000.00 (3) .-City Purchasing Agent 5,000.00 (4) -Chief Deputy Recorder 1,000.00 (5),City Sexton 2,000.00 (6) -Each Deputy City Auditor 3 5,000.00 (7)_Deputy City Treasurer 25,000.00 (8) _License Assessor and Collector 10,000.00 (9) Superintendent and Deputy Clerk of City Court, Traffic Division 5,000.00 (10)—Assistant Deputy Clerk, Traffic Division 2,000.00 (11) -Each Assistant City Attorneys., 2,000.00 (12) -City Prosecutor 2,000.00 (13) Assistant City Prosecutor 2,000.00 (14) -ity Chemist 2,500.00 (15) Chief Electrical Inspector 2,500.00 (16) w4ssistant City Engineer 3,000.00 (17)—Superintendent of Waterworks 5,000.00 (18) Accounting Office, Manager, Department of Water Supply and Waterworks 5,000.00 SECTION 2.
