Result AN ORDINANCE
AN ORDINANCE CONFIRMING the assessment upon the property
hereinafter desoribed an Seventh East fram Ninth to Thirteenth
South in Paving Distriot No. 31 (Paving Extension No. 141) for the
purpose of providing for the grading, curbing and guttering with
cement, constructing drainage system to oarry water across and along
streets and intersections, constructing private driveways and par-
_ ing with sheet asphalt thereof.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake,
City, Utah:
SECTION I. That the assessment list made by the City
Treasurer, as corrected, approved and completed by the Board of Com-
missi ormrs. of Salt Lake City, sitting as a board of equalization
and review, of the property in Lots 2, to 14 incl. of Blk.2 Hampton's
Sub. of 31k. 18, Lots 2 to 7 inol.of Blk. 2, Ogden Sub., Lots 2 to
16 inol. of Blk. 2, Liberty Pk. Sub. Plat B, Lots 2 to 8 incl. of
Blk. 2, Toronto Sub., Lots 2 to 17 incl. of Blk. 2, Hampton's Sub.
No.2, Lots 2 to 6 inol. of Blk. 2, Eyler & Rees Sub., Lots 1 to 22
inol. of Liberty Pk. Add. , all in Block 18, and Lots 1 & 12 to 20
incl. of 31k. 19, 5 Aore Plat A, Big Field Survey, abutting on both
sides of Seventh East from Ninth to Thirteenth South in Paving
District No. 31, of Salt Lake City, for the purpose of providing
for the grading, curbing and guttering with cement, constructing
drainage system to carry water across and along streets and in-
tersections, constructing private driveways and paving with sheet
asphalt thereof said portion ofid street, is hereby confirmed,
