AD ORDINANCE VACATING an alley in Beyle's Riverside Plat.
B it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake
City, tah:
SI CTION 1. That that alley in Beyle's Riverside Plat, more
particilarly described as follows, be, and the same hereby is,
vacated and declared no longer to be public property for use as
a street, avenue, alley or pedestrian way:
An alley running east and west between 17th
South Street and Prospect Street and running ' ice
1 west from 1045 West Street to the Jordan River.
Said vacation is made expressly subject to all existing rights
of waylilof way and easements of all public utilities located in, on,
or und 'r the confines of the above described property, and also
subjec to the rights of entry thereon for the purpose of maintain-
ing, repairing, replacing, removing, altering or rerouting said
utilities and all of them.
Passed by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah,
this 1?th day of November, 1974.
