AN ORDINANCE AMENDING Section 51-12-2 of the Revised Ordinances
of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1965, relating to rezoning and fixing the
boundaries of Use Districts.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City,
Utah:
SECTION 1. That the "use district map" as adopted by Section
51-12-2 of the Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1965, as
amended, relating to fixing the boundaries of Use Districts, be, and
the same hereby is, amended as follows:
"The following described 'real property in Residential
'R-6' classification, as shown on the Use District Map,
is hereby zoned as Commercial 'C-1' District and the Use
District Map is hereby amended and changed accordingly:
Commencing at a point 33' west of the northwest corner
of Block 1, Charles S. Deskys Fifth Addition, said point
being on the west line of Winifred Street and 263 feet
north of the north line of North Temple Street, thence
north 437 feet; thence west 1200 feet, more or less, to
the east no access line of Interstate 215; thence south
437 feet to the north line of the existing Conm ercial
'C-1' zone; thence east 1200 feet, more or less to the point
of beginning, said described parcel being a part of Sections
33 and 34, T1N, R1W, Salt Lake Base & Meridian."
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect 30 days after its
first publication.
