AN ORDINANCE AMENDING the "Recommended. Wage and Salary Admini-
stration Program for Salt Lake City Corporation Employees" dated
December 28, 1972, as adopted by Bill No. 65 of 1973, amending Section
25-4-5 of the Revised Ordinancesof Salt Lake City, Utah, 1965, by
deleting therefrom the positions of "Storekeeper" and "Chief Storekeeper"
under the title covering "Clerical and Technical" employees and adding
to the title covering "Operating and Maintenance" employees the positions
of "Storekeeper I, "Storekeeper II" and "Chief Storekeeper" in Pay
Classes 105, 108, and 110, respectively.
Be it ordained by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah:
SECTION 1. That the "Recommended Wage and Salary Administration
Program for Salt Lake City Corporation Employees" dated December 28,
1972, as adopted by Bill No. 65 of 1973, amending Section 25-4-5 of the
Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1965, be, and the same
hereby is amended as follows:
(a) By deleting therefrom the positions of "Storekeeper" and
"Chief Storekeeper" in Pay Classes 7 and 11, respectively, under the title
covering "Clerical and Technical" employees.
(b) By adding the positions of "Storekeeper I," "Storekeeper II"
and "Chief Storekeeper" in Pay Classes 105, 108 and 110, respectively,
under the title covering "Operating and Maintenance" employees.
SECTION 2. In the opinion of the Board of Commissioners it is neces-
sary to the peace, health and welfare of the inhabitants of Salt Lake
City that this ordinance become effective immediately.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its first pub-
lication.
Passed by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah, this
4th day of _ December , 1973.
